Other tenants occupying inline space include Chuck E Cheese’s, Subway, Cinemark, Sleep Outfitters and SuperCuts. New Circle Road is a high traffic thoroughfare that encircles Lexington. The property is located in Lexington the second-largest city in Kentucky and the 63rd largest in the US. Known as the “Thoroughbred City” and the “Horse Capital of the World”, it is located in the heart of Kentucky’s Bluegrass region. In the 2010 Census the city’s population was 299,803, anchoring a metropolitan area of 472,099 people and a Combined Statistical Area of 687,173 people. Lexington ranks tenth among US cities in college education rate, with 39.5% of residents having at least a bachelor’s degree.
